Andrea is a pioneer and visionary in the Health + Wellness Industry. She has combined her expertise as a Nutritionist (R.H.N.) and an Entrepreneur to educate the public on living a healthy lifestyle. Andrea inspires people to make healthier choices through her businesses, media appearances, podcasts, books, articles, videos, speaking engagements, and social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
Andrea’s first venture in the health + wellness space began more than 22 years ago when she and her partner, Randy Boyer, created the first ever coupon book for natural and organic products in Canada called: The Healthy Shopper. The Healthy Shopper made healthy products available to the masses by reaching 120,000+ consumers annually for 18 consecutive years. Andrea and Randy also published a customized coupon book for Loblaw’s Natural Value department for five years.
In 2007, Andrea founded Naturally Savvy Media Inc., a well respected multi-media platform with unique content dedicated to healthy living from an integrative perspective. Naturally Savvy’s main property, naturallysavvy.com, serves to educate consumers on how to make healthier choices.
Among her numerous publications, Andrea co-authored “Unjunk your Junk Food” published by Simon and Schuster (2011, NYC), a book that journalist, author, and mother Maria Shriver endorsed: “Unjunk Your Junk Food has certainly made me more aware about the food that my children eat and the effects it has on our body and mind.”
Andrea also co-authored two e-books entitled “Label Lessons: Your Guide To A Healthy Shopping Cart,” and “Label Lessons: “Unjunk Your Kid’s Lunch Box.”
Andrea is a respected Health Expert and media personality. To date, she done more than 400 TV segments and has appeared as a Healthy Living Expert on TV and radio across North America including: NBC, ABC (including Windy City Live and ABC News), CBS, Fox, Univision, WGN, KRON4, Better TV, City TV, CTV, CBC, CP24, and Global. Andrea is a regular on Breakfast Television and Cityline and co-hosts two podcasts including Health Power and Menopause Reimagined.

Andrea is a Multiple Award-Winning Influencer. She was awarded the “Lifetime Achievement Award” for her work as a Nutritionist by CSNNAA (2018), was honored with the first ever “Shifter of the Year Award” at Shiftcon Media (2018), was named a “Top 100 Health Influencer” three times by Optimyz Magazine (2018, 2019 & 2021), and was named one of the “Top 100 Most Responsible Health Influencers” in the U.S. by New Hope Network (2020). Andrea’s newest venture—Morphus—is a no-judgment zone movement where women in perimenopause & menopause feel heard, validated, and supported. It’s a community of fellow ‘Pausers who learn from experts—and each other—how to master their personal wellness and vitality as they transition into their third act in life looking to alleviate the physical and emotional symptoms that come with it. Known as the “Menopause Educator and Researcher” by her 275,000+ TikTok followers, Andrea is a Nutritionist IN Menopause who is on a mission to normalize the conversation around a still very-much taboo topic.
