Women in menopause are like butterflies. First, they undergo metamorphosis, then they take flight to become their true, authentic, and free selves.
Andrea Donsky
I’m grateful to wake up every day doing the work I care about most, helping women navigate perimenopause, menopause, and everything that comes with this stage of life.
This work is deeply personal to me. For years, I have been committed to supporting, educating, and empowering women so they can make informed decisions about their health, ask better questions, and feel more confident advocating for themselves.
I’ve spent nearly three decades building my own companies, creating brands, sharing research, and opening up conversations that many women were told not to have. My focus has always been clear: to help women feel seen, informed, and supported during a time that is too often misunderstood or overlooked.
Thank you for being here. Thank you for trusting me, learning with me, and being part of this community. I appreciate you.
